Methodology

How Zyphr decides what deserves review.

The methodology is deliberately conservative. It combines fund data, client context, review checks, and advisor sign-off before a handoff is prepared.

The daily review starts with clean data.

The recommendation must survive the client context.

Universe construction

Every trading day at 19:30 IST, Zyphr ingests the AMFI NAV file, reconciles it against the canonical scheme master, and builds a clean fund universe. Direct plans are recommendable. Regular plans can remain visible for review context.

Suitability gate

Each recommendation is checked against the client risk profile, time horizon, and current concentration. A strong fund score is not enough if the client context does not support the action.

Review checks

Eighteen review checks cover suitability, KYC, lock-ins, churning, concentration, and other policy conditions before the action is shown for advisor review.

Audit posture

Advisor actions are appended to the record: recommendation viewed, approval granted, export downloaded, override applied, and note added. Corrections are written forward rather than editing the old record.

Product scope

Zyphr does not place trades, custody assets, or generate sales-pitch content. It prepares, checks, records, and hands off to the portals you already use.

Every review should be traceable.

Run the methodology on your own client book and see the data, checks, note, and approval in one place.
